My first day has been great so far! Only took PE classes thou. Wonder how the Chemistry classes will turn out to be. Guess some of the teachers are quite surprised dat I only took Chemistry at A Levels, not a Major in Uni dat is. I felt a lil shy to tell them dat I was a Business Marketing student infact. haha

Basically following my mentor around for the day, only had to do one period of relief. I think I din perform well for the relief period cos the students werent totally obedient and seated at their seats. I allowed them to walk ard and talk to their frens as long as the volume din go out of hand. I tink they're alwaz excited when there are new teachers ard I supposed.

Oh the only thing which I felt a lil culture shock was the lack of stationeries. It's not provided in school, unlike the corporate companies out there. Which means I haf to start bringing in my own stationeries and no wonder laoshi was telling me dat we need to haf a huge pencil case! And I supposed I need to do some shopping oso. =) Need to go find something like a handbook which I can bring ard to my classes and oso for meetings.
