Cant believe that I've actually stayed up the whole of last night to complete the 2000 word ed psych essay. Eh all because of me and my procrastination..so I kind of deserve it lah huh. At least it's over ..for now. haha

Made my way to this studio - Guitar 77 for our combined class band jamming session. Actually I expected to see more of us there..but eh there were enough ppl there. haha The room was in fact a lil small and Edwin, our soloist was already singing till a lil hoarse and perspiring.

I took over the mic so dat he cld tk a break haha. But I realised the song I chose wasnt actually in the direction which the band was playing. I chose quite a acoustic kind of pop song..but the team was playing more of rock. And yah..Im "china-pai" one..so I chose a chinese song. A song by Fan Wei Qi..

I felt better this time(thou I still din managed to get the lyrics @ some point of the song. haha .)as compared to the first time when I was testing out the song at one of NIE's ulu staircases with just one of the guitarist and a few others listening. Thou I sang quite badly the last time, our classmates encouraged me along. yeah..thks guys.

I've enjoyed my rugby module. The season ended off well..with us clinching 2nd plc in our own Rugby Carnival. Good job guys..=)

Personally, I feel dat my contribution as a player had been minimal. not too good a player =( But im glad dat I learnt a lot from my fellow team mates and fr our facilitator as well. We were given a whole wealth of resources..which I think I only had read less den 10% of them?..haha

I had a good run yesterday.

The GE 10KM run started at the Padang.We started a lil behind the whole pack and had to wind our way thru the crowd ahead of us. Yvette was leading us lah haha..but we soon lost sight of her.

I was pacing the run with Del. The turning point was at the National Stadium and as I was approaching the Esplanade, I thot the ending point was somewhere within the Esplanade until I saw the 7KM mark..haha..but oh well, we managed to maintain our speed I feel and finished off back at Padang.

It was an all-ladies event. I think that's what make the event more meaningful. haha..the race was for us =)

Had dinner @ Sakae to celebrate our "bro's " bday. I knew him for the ..(lemme count..since pri 3, which is 9yrs old haa )14th year. haha..Haf alwaz regarded him as my confidante..thou we hardly meet up. But juz so coincidental, whenever Im @ my lowest, he'll call me. He hasnt changed much since I got to know him better..and I tink neither haf I haha.

He's also my boy's "bro". I dunno how these 2 guys can be talking for hours...*bleah* But yah..they can do it. =) I find it "funny" how the 3 of us are linked together. But then again, Im grateful to have these 2 guys in my life.

Glad dat it's finally Friday. Not too sure why..but this week feels more draining than usual.. Maybe my "auntie" is coming to visit me =) Just had lunch with my classmates @ NYDC (first time im having lunch with them outside school haa) and hanging out in Holland V before going to collect my air tix, supposed to get down to doing ICT but heh..thot of blogging.

Another good news! ICT's not due till next Thurs! yeah..give us a lil more time to refine the work a lil and at least this weekend wont feel dat tight!

Had Barkers' Run on the Wed dat just past. My class just took it easy lah haha..and we had the honour of taking photos with our lecturers and Singapore's legendary sprinter! Mr Kunalan

Our Ah-Fat has grown real big these days. He used to be q chubby when he was a pup..datz why we called him Fatty aka Ah Fat. I guess he's shed his baby fats after undergoing intensive runs with us ..=)

Kallang Macs has the most number of powerpoints i've seen in a "cafe" so far. But they're concentrated at the left wing of the cafe ( datz why most people are seated here )

The crowd here is quite funny lah. There;s dis grp of people having a very serious project discussion who even bought their printer lor ;Another 2 young lads who have plugged in their PS and playing away;a few serious muggers but have also logged on to their MSN and chatting away; An auntie watching some drama from her DVD player, sniffing away with a piece of tissue ( I wonder is she sobbing or sneezing haha); An old uncle who has plugged in his laptop but seems like he has fallen asleep instead. haha funny crowd..or rather funny Singaporeans.

And me..here @ 142am, trying to start on my assignment...

I juz got onto Facebook. Heh..did a lil research on it while I was working. It's actually quite user friendly, as compared to the rest of the social networking sites.

And I supposed its recent debut report on The Sunday Times last week did help to raise its profile in Singapore a lil =)

Just uploaded an album of photos..im really amazed by the speed and user-friendliness of the uploading platform yah.

Din managed to find any of my JC/Uni groups thou *surprised* and there werent any DB groups as well. *surprised * Haa maybe it's really still too new?

Alright..maybe I'll juz spend a lil more time looking @ it for a while before meeting my boy for kopi..=)

It's hazy today *rubbing my eyes*. What A Monday...

A burnt weekend.

And finally, the mystery of the failed access of my house wireless is finally solved. It wasnt a service provider problem but rather, someone in the house made a mistake in the order of the phone line connection. Which caused the access @ home to be down..grr..Have been coming to the Kovan Macs for the past few days to tap on the wireless here. And I realised that only near the counter are the wireless points stronger.
